Ingredients

  • 🧂 Coarse Sea Salt – 1 cup
  • 🌿 Fresh Rosemary – 2 sprigs, leaves removed
  • 🌿 Fresh Thyme – 2 sprigs, leaves removed
  • 🍋 Lemon Zest – from 1 fresh lemon
  • 🧄 Garlic Powder – 1/2 teaspoon for extra depth

Instructions

  • 🌿 Wash and thoroughly pat dry all fresh herbs until no moisture remains.
  • 🔪 Finely chop the herbs or pulse them briefly with the salt in a food processor.
  • 🔥 Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and dry in a very low oven for 30 mins.
  • 🥣 Let the herb salt cool completely to ensure it stays crunchy and dry.
  • 🫙 Transfer to a clean glass jar and store in a cool place for seasoning dishes.
