Ingredients
- 🥖 Bread flour – 400g
- 💧 Water – 300ml
- 🌿 Dried yeast – 7g
- 🫒 Olive oil – 50ml
- 🧂 Salt – 10g
- 🌱 Rosemary – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl, then add water and olive oil.
- ⏱️ Knead for 10 minutes until smooth, then let rise for 1 hour.
- 🫓 Press dough into a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and add rosemary.
- ♨️ Bake at 220°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- 🔪 Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
