Ingredients

  • 🍜 Hokkien Noodles – thick yellow noodles
  • 🍤 Shrimp – peeled and deveined
  • 🥓 Pork Belly – thinly sliced
  • 🦑 Squid – cleaned and sliced
  • 🌿 Chinese Chives – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🥚 Egg – beaten
  • 🥣 Dark Soy Sauce – for flavor
  • 🌶️ Chili Paste – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Stir-fry garlic and pork belly until fragrant.
  • 🍤 Add shrimp and squid, cook until pink.
  • 🍜 Add Hokkien noodles, soy sauce, and chili paste. Stir-fry well.
  • 🥚 Push noodles to the side, pour in egg and scramble.
  • 🌿 Mix everything together with Chinese chives. Serve hot!
