Ingredients
- 🍜 Hokkien Noodles – thick yellow noodles
- 🍤 Shrimp – peeled and deveined
- 🥓 Pork Belly – thinly sliced
- 🦑 Squid – cleaned and sliced
- 🌿 Chinese Chives – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🥚 Egg – beaten
- 🥣 Dark Soy Sauce – for flavor
- 🌶️ Chili Paste – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry garlic and pork belly until fragrant.
- 🍤 Add shrimp and squid, cook until pink.
- 🍜 Add Hokkien noodles, soy sauce, and chili paste. Stir-fry well.
- 🥚 Push noodles to the side, pour in egg and scramble.
- 🌿 Mix everything together with Chinese chives. Serve hot!
