Ingredients
- 🥛 Hokkaido Milk – 2 cups
- 🍦 Heavy Cream – 1 cup
- 🥚 Egg Yolks – 4 large
- 🍚 Sugar – ¾ cup
- 🌱 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Gently heat milk and cream in a saucepan.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
- 🌡️ Temper the egg mixture with warm milk mixture.
- 🥄 Return to saucepan and cook until custard thickens slightly.
- ❄️ Chill completely, then churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
