Ingredients

Instructions

  • 💧 Heat water to just below boiling (around 200°F or 93°C).
  • 🍵 Place Hojicha tea leaves in a teapot or infuser.
  • 🔥 Pour hot water over the tea leaves.
  • ⏳ Steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on desired strength.
  • 🍯 Add honey or sweetener to taste, if desired, and enjoy! ✨
