Ingredients
- π Noodles β Thukpa style
- π Chicken or Tofu β diced
- π₯ Mixed Vegetables β chopped (carrots, beans, peas)
- π§ Onion β thinly sliced
- π§ Garlic β minced
- πΆοΈ Ginger β minced
- π₯ Egg β optional
- πΏ Fresh Coriander β for garnish
Instructions
- π₯ SautΓ© ginger and garlic in a pot with oil.
- π§ Add onions and cook until translucent.
- π Add chicken/tofu and cook until browned.
- π₯ Add vegetables and cook until softened.
- π Add noodles and broth; cook until noodles are tender. Garnish with corianderπΏ.
