Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup
  • 💪 Protein Powder – 1 scoop
  • 🌾 Flour – 1/4 cup (whole wheat or regular)
  • 🍯 Sweetener – 1 tbsp (honey or syrup)
  • 🌱 Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and protein powder until smooth.
  • 🌾 Add flour and baking powder, mixing until just combined (don't overmix).
  • 🔥 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  • 🥞 Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake.
  • ⏲️ Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with toppings.
