- 🌱 Quinoa – 1/2 cup cooked
- 🐔 Chicken breast – 4oz grilled
- 🥑 Avocado – 1/4 sliced
- 🖤 Black beans – 1/4 cup
- 🌽 Corn – 1/4 cup
- 🌶️ Salsa – 2 tbsp
- 🥗 Mixed greens – 1 cup
Instructions
- 🥣 Cook quinoa according to package directions.
- 🔪 Slice or dice grilled chicken breast.
- 🥑 Slice avocado into thin pieces.
