Ingredients
- 🌾 Rice paper wrappers
- 🌱 Bean sprouts
- 🥕 Carrots – julienned
- 🥬 Lettuce leaves
- 🥩 Cooked protein (chicken, tofu, or shrimp)
- 🥜 Peanut sauce (optional)
Instructions
- 💧 Dip rice paper in warm water until pliable.
- 🥬 Lay rice paper flat and fill with lettuce, carrots, bean sprouts, and protein.
- 🌯 Fold sides inward and roll tightly to create a spring roll.
