Ingredients

  • 🌾 Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
  • 💪 Protein powder – 1/2 cup
  • 🥄 Baking powder – 2 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp (optional)

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • 🥚 In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add honey if using.
  • Wet Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • 🔥 Grease English muffin rings and place them in a preheated pan or griddle.
  • 🥄 Pour batter into the rings and cook each side until golden brown and cooked through. Enjoy! ✨
