Ingredients
- 🌾 Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 💪 Protein powder – 1/2 cup
- 🥄 Baking powder – 2 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – 1/2 tsp
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp (optional)
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- 🥚 In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add honey if using.
- Wet Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- 🔥 Grease English muffin rings and place them in a preheated pan or griddle.
