Ingredients

  • 🍔 High-protein burger buns – 2
  • 🥩 Extra lean ground beef – 4oz
  • 🧀 Reduced fat cheese slice – 1
  • 🥬 Shredded lettuce – 1/2 cup
  • 🥒 Pickles – 2 slices
  • 🧅 Diced onion – 2 tbsp
  • 💪 High-protein Big Mac sauce – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Cook ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 🍞 Lightly toast the burger buns.
  • 💪 Spread the high-protein Big Mac sauce on both halves of the bun.
  • 🥬 Layer lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onion on the bottom bun.
