Ingredients

  • 🌾 Oat flour – 1 cup
  • Dates 📅 – 1 cup, pitted
  • 🌰 Nuts – 1/2 cup, chopped (walnuts, almonds)
  • 🥥 Coconut oil – 1/4 cup, melted
  • 🍯 Honey – 2 tbsp (optional)
  • 🧂 Salt – pinch
  • ✨ Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • 🍪 Form small cookies from the dough.
  • ♨️ Place cookies on baking sheet.
  • ⏲️ Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
  • Cool on a wire rack and enjoy! 🎉
