Ingredients
- 🌾 Oat flour – 1 cup
- Dates 📅 – 1 cup, pitted
- 🌰 Nuts – 1/2 cup, chopped (walnuts, almonds)
- 🥥 Coconut oil – 1/4 cup, melted
- 🍯 Honey – 2 tbsp (optional)
- 🧂 Salt – pinch
- ✨ Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 🍪 Form small cookies from the dough.
- ♨️ Place cookies on baking sheet.
- ⏲️ Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
- Cool on a wire rack and enjoy! 🎉
