Ingredients

  • 🍬 Sugar – ¾ cup
  • 🥚 Egg yolks – 4 large
  • 🍦 Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • ✨ Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🌰 Blend toasted hazelnuts until finely ground.
  • 🔥 Heat milk and sugar in a saucepan.
  • 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and gradually add the warm milk mixture.
  • 🥣 Return to the saucepan and cook until slightly thickened.
  • ❄️ Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and hazelnut powder, then chill and churn in an ice cream maker.
