Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 2 cups
- 🌰 Hazelnuts – 1 cup, toasted
- 🍬 Sugar – ¾ cup
- 🥚 Egg yolks – 4 large
- 🍦 Heavy cream – 1 cup
- ✨ Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🌰 Blend toasted hazelnuts until finely ground.
- 🔥 Heat milk and sugar in a saucepan.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and gradually add the warm milk mixture.
- 🥣 Return to the saucepan and cook until slightly thickened.
- ❄️ Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and hazelnut powder, then chill and churn in an ice cream maker.
