Ingredients
- 1 lb Smoked Ham, diced 🍖
- 1/2 cup Fig Jam 🍯
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 🍎
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard 🫙
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar 🤎
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)🌶️
- Crackers or Baguette slices for serving 🥖
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine diced ham, fig jam, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes (if using). 🥣
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. 🔥
- Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes, or until the jam has thickened and the flavors have melded. ⏰
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. 🧊
- Serve warm or at room temperature with crackers or baguette slices. 🍽️
