Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce 🍅
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
  • Toppings for Side A (e.g., pepperoni 🍕, mushrooms 🍄, onions 🧅)
  • Toppings for Side B (e.g., olives 🫒, bell peppers 🫑, sausage 🥓)
  • Optional: Olive oil 🫒, grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). ♨️
  • Divide pizza dough in half.
  • On a floured surface, stretch or roll out the dough into a large circle or rectangle. 🍕
  • Transfer dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone. 🥮
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the entire dough. 🥫
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the entire sauce layer. 🧀
  • On Side A, arrange your chosen toppings. 🍄🧅🍕
  • On Side B, arrange your chosen toppings. 🫒🫑🥓
  • Drizzle with olive oil (optional). 💧
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly. 🔥
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional), slice, and serve. 🔪
