Ingredients

  • 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pot with oil until golden brown.
  • 🍗 Add halal meat and spices; cook until browned.
  • 🍚 Add rice and mixed vegetables, then cover with water or broth.
  • 🥘 Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
