Ingredients
- 🍗 Halal Meat (Chicken/Lamb/Beef) – cut into pieces
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Spices (Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander) – 1 tbsp each
- 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pot with oil until golden brown.
- 🍗 Add halal meat and spices; cook until browned.
- 🍚 Add rice and mixed vegetables, then cover with water or broth.
- 🥘 Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
