Ingredients

  • 🍜 Hakka Noodles – 200g
  • 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
  • 🥕 Carrots – julienned
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🌶️ Green bell pepper – sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌿 Spring onions – chopped
  • 🧂 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🥄 Vinegar – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🍜 Cook Hakka noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • 🧅 Add onions and sauté until translucent. Then add carrots, cabbage, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • 🧂 Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  • 🍜 Add cooked noodles to the wok and toss to combine with the vegetables and sauce. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot. ✨
