Ingredients
- 🍜 Hakka Noodles – 200g
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
- 🥕 Carrots – julienned
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🌶️ Green bell pepper – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Spring onions – chopped
- 🧂 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🥄 Vinegar – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🍜 Cook Hakka noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 🧅 Add onions and sauté until translucent. Then add carrots, cabbage, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 🧂 Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- 🍜 Add cooked noodles to the wok and toss to combine with the vegetables and sauce. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot. ✨
