Ingredients
- 🥩 Thinly sliced beef

- 🥣 Dashi broth
- 🍶 Soy sauce
- 🍚 Sugar

- 🌿 Green onions – chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté onions in a pot until softened.
- 🥩 Add beef and cook until browned.
- 🥣 Pour in dashi broth, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a simmer.
- 🍜 Add udon noodles and cook until heated through.
