Ingredients
- 🥩 Thinly sliced beef – 8 oz
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, thinly sliced
- 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
- 🍚 Sugar – 2 tbsp
- 🍶 Mirin – 2 tbsp
- 🥚 Optional: Soft boiled egg
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté sliced onions in a pan until softened.
- 🥩 Add beef and cook until browned.
- 🍶 Pour in soy sauce, sugar, and mirin. Simmer until sauce thickens.
- 🍚 Serve over rice in a bowl.
- 🥚 Optional: Top with a soft boiled egg.
