Ingredients
- 🥟 Gyoza wrappers – 30-40
- 🐷 Ground pork – 1 lb
- 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and green onions in a bowl.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges with water, fold in half, and pleat to seal.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, arrange gyoza, and cook until golden brown.
