Ingredients
- 💧 Filtered water – 200ml
- 🌿 Gyokuro tea leaves – 5g
- 🌡️ Water thermometer – for accuracy
Instructions
- 💧 Heat water to around 50-60°C (122-140°F).
- 🍵 Place gyokuro tea leaves in a teapot or kyusu.
- 🌡️ Pour the heated water over the leaves.
- ⏳ Steep for about 2 minutes.
- 🍵 Pour and enjoy the rich umami flavor.
