Ingredients

  • 🍞 Bread slices – 2
  • 🥥 Malai (cream) – 2 tbsp
  • 🍯 Gur (jaggery) – 1 tbsp, grated
  • 🌰 Nuts – chopped, for garnish (optional)
  • 🌿 Cardamom powder – a pinch (optional)

Instructions

  • 🍞 Toast bread slices until golden brown.
  • 🥣 Mix malai and grated gur in a bowl.
  • ✨ Spread the mixture evenly on the toast.
  • 🔥 Toast lightly again or broil for a minute until the gur melts slightly.
  • 🥜 Garnish with chopped nuts and cardamom powder before serving.
