Ingredients
- 🍞 Bread slices – 2
- 🥥 Malai (cream) – 2 tbsp
- 🍯 Gur (jaggery) – 1 tbsp, grated
- 🌰 Nuts – chopped, for garnish (optional)
- 🌿 Cardamom powder – a pinch (optional)
Instructions
- 🍞 Toast bread slices until golden brown.
- 🥣 Mix malai and grated gur in a bowl.
- ✨ Spread the mixture evenly on the toast.
- 🔥 Toast lightly again or broil for a minute until the gur melts slightly.
- 🥜 Garnish with chopped nuts and cardamom powder before serving.
