Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • 🫒 Toss shishito peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • ♨️ Grill peppers for 2-3 minutes per side, until blistered.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the peppers (optional).
