Ingredients
- 🌶️ Shishito Peppers – 1 cup
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🖤 Black Pepper – to taste
- 🍋 Lemon – 1/2 (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 🫒 Toss shishito peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- ♨️ Grill peppers for 2-3 minutes per side, until blistered.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the peppers (optional).
- 🍽️ Serve immediately and enjoy!
