Ingredients

  • 🦪 Oysters – 12 fresh, on the half shell
  • 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp, melted
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, cut into wedges
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp, grated (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • 🥣 In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes.
  • 🦪 Arrange oysters on the grill grate.
  • 🥄 Spoon butter mixture over each oyster. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
  • ♨️ Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges of the oysters curl and the liquid is bubbling. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
