Ingredients
- 🦪 Oysters – 12 fresh, on the half shell
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp, melted
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, cut into wedges
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp, grated (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 🥣 In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes.
- 🦪 Arrange oysters on the grill grate.
- 🥄 Spoon butter mixture over each oyster. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
- ♨️ Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges of the oysters curl and the liquid is bubbling. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
