Ingredients
- 🦪 Scallops – 1/2 lb
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 🧈 Melt butter with garlic and lemon juice.
- 🦪 Brush scallops with butter mixture, season with salt & pepper.
- ⏲️ Grill scallops for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
