Ingredients
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🌿 Green curry paste – 2 tbsp
- 🐔 Chicken or tofu – 1 lb, cubed
- 🌶️ Bell peppers – sliced
- 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
- 🍃 Thai basil – for garnish
- 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat coconut milk in a pot, add green curry paste and stir until fragrant.
- 🐔 Add chicken or tofu and cook until browned.
- 🌶️ Add bell peppers and broccoli and cook until tender.
- 🍃 Stir in Thai basil and simmer for a few minutes.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice.
