Ingredients

  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
  • 🌿 Green curry paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🐔 Chicken or tofu – 1 lb, cubed
  • 🌶️ Bell peppers – sliced
  • 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
  • 🍃 Thai basil – for garnish
  • 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat coconut milk in a pot, add green curry paste and stir until fragrant.
  • 🐔 Add chicken or tofu and cook until browned.
  • 🌶️ Add bell peppers and broccoli and cook until tender.
  • 🍃 Stir in Thai basil and simmer for a few minutes.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with rice.
