Ingredients
- 🐑 Lamb shoulder – 2 lbs
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Fresh oregano – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🥔 Potatoes – 1 lb, quartered
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, sliced
- 🫒 Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 🐑 Marinate lamb with lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 🥔 Layer potatoes and onions in a baking dish.
- 🐑 Place marinated lamb on top of the vegetables.
- 🫒 Drizzle with olive oil and cover tightly with foil.
- 🔥 Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 3 hours or until lamb is very tender.
