Ingredients
- 🫒 Olive Oil – for cooking
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍖 Lamb or Chicken – cubed
- 🍅 Tomatoes – canned or fresh, diced
- 🌿 Oregano – dried
- 🍋 Lemon – juice of one
- 🧀 Feta Cheese – crumbled
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a large pot, add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
- 🍖 Add meat and brown on all sides.
- 🍅 Stir in tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the dish.
- 🧀 Garnish with feta cheese before serving.
