Ingredients

  • 🌿 Oregano – dried
  • 🍋 Lemon – juice of one
  • 🧀 Feta Cheese – crumbled

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a large pot, add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
  • 🍖 Add meat and brown on all sides.
  • 🍅 Stir in tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the dish.
