Ingredients

  • 🥣 Rolled Oats – 3 cups
  • 🍯 Honey – 1/2 cup
  • 🍁 Maple Syrup – 1/4 cup
  • 🥥 Coconut Oil – 1/4 cup
  • 🌰 Nuts (almonds, walnuts) – 1 cup
  • 🌻 Seeds (sunflower, pumpkin) – 1/2 cup
  • 🍇 Dried Fruit – 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • 🌡️ Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • 🥣 In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, and seeds.
  • 🍯 In a separate bowl, combine honey, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Heat slightly to melt if needed.
  • ✨ Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix well.
  • 🔥 Spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let cool completely before adding dried fruit.
