Ingredients
- ðĨĐ Beef bones â 2 lbs
- ð§ Water â 10 cups
- ð§ Onion â 1, quartered
- ð§ Garlic â 4 cloves, crushed
- ð§ Salt â to taste
- ðŋ Green onions â chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- ðĶī Rinse beef bones and soak in cold water for 30 minutes to remove impurities.
- ðē Place bones in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 hours, skimming off any foam.
- ð§ Add onion and garlic to the pot during the last hour of simmering.
- ð§ Remove bones and strain the broth. Season with salt to taste.
- ðŋ Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
