Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Mint leaves – fresh
- 💧 Tamarind pulp
- 🍚 Gram flour (besan)
- 🫓 Semolina (suji)
- 💧 Water – for dough and filling
Instructions
- 💧 Prepare the dough with semolina, gram flour and water. Roll out into small puris and deep fry until golden brown. 🍘
- 🥔 Prepare the filling by mixing mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, and spices. 🥣
- 💧 Make the tamarind water by mixing tamarind pulp with water and spices. Add mint leaves for flavor. 🌿
- 🥄 Fill each puri with the potato mixture and dip in the tamarind water. 💦
