Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Mint leaves – fresh
  • 💧 Tamarind pulp
  • 🍚 Gram flour (besan)
  • 🫓 Semolina (suji)
  • 💧 Water – for dough and filling

Instructions

  • 💧 Prepare the dough with semolina, gram flour and water. Roll out into small puris and deep fry until golden brown. 🍘
  • 🥔 Prepare the filling by mixing mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, and spices. 🥣
  • 💧 Make the tamarind water by mixing tamarind pulp with water and spices. Add mint leaves for flavor. 🌿
  • 🥄 Fill each puri with the potato mixture and dip in the tamarind water. 💦
  • 😋 Serve immediately and enjoy! 🎉
