Ingredients
- 🍝 Bucatini pasta – 8 oz
- 🌶️ Gochujang paste – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Onion – ½ medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🥩 Ground meat (optional) – 4 oz
- 🌱 Green onions – for garnish
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍝 Cook bucatini according to package directions.
- 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic in a pan until softened.
- 🌶️ Add gochujang paste and ground meat (if using) and cook until meat is browned.
- 🍝 Toss cooked bucatini with the gochujang sauce.
- 🌱 Garnish with green onions and parmesan cheese before serving.
