- 🧈 Ghee – for cooking
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare a soft dough with wheat flour.
- 🥕 Make the gobi filling by mixing grated cauliflower with onions, chilies, cilantro, and spices.
- 🥟 Stuff the gobi filling into the dough.
- 🔥 Roll out the paratha and cook on a hot griddle with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
- 🥣 Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
