Ingredients
- 🥦 Cauliflower florets
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🫑 Capsicum – diced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Ginger – grated
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🥡 Soy sauce
- 🥫 Tomato ketchup
- 🌽 Cornstarch
- 🌾 All-purpose flour
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare batter with flour, cornstarch, and spices. Dip cauliflower florets and deep fry until golden brown. ♨️
- 🔥 In a wok, heat oil and sauté ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Add onions and capsicum and stir-fry.
- 🥡 Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and other sauces. Mix well.
- 🥘 Add the fried cauliflower to the sauce and toss until well coated.
- 🌿 Garnish with chopped spring onions or coriander and serve hot. ✨
