Ingredients

  • 🥦 Cauliflower florets
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🫑 Capsicum – diced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – grated
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🥡 Soy sauce
  • 🥫 Tomato ketchup
  • 🌽 Cornstarch
  • 🌾 All-purpose flour

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare batter with flour, cornstarch, and spices. Dip cauliflower florets and deep fry until golden brown. ♨️
  • 🔥 In a wok, heat oil and sauté ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Add onions and capsicum and stir-fry.
  • 🥡 Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and other sauces. Mix well.
  • 🥘 Add the fried cauliflower to the sauce and toss until well coated.
  • 🌿 Garnish with chopped spring onions or coriander and serve hot. ✨
