Ingredients

  • 🥦 Cauliflower (Gobhi) – 1 large head
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 3 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tablespoons
  • 🌿 Coriander powder – 2 teaspoons
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
  • 🥛 Cream – 1/2 cup
  • 🌰 Cashews – 1/4 cup, paste
  • 🍃 Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
  • 🌱 Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥦 Blanch the cauliflower head and marinate with spices.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  • 🌰 Stir in cashew paste, cream, and garam masala.
  • 🥘 Gently place the cauliflower in the gravy and cook until tender. Garnish and serve hot.
