Ingredients
- 🥦 Cauliflower (Gobhi) – 1 large head
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 3 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tablespoons
- 🌿 Coriander powder – 2 teaspoons
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
- 🥛 Cream – 1/2 cup
- 🌰 Cashews – 1/4 cup, paste
- 🍃 Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
- 🌱 Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥦 Blanch the cauliflower head and marinate with spices.
- 🧅 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- 🌰 Stir in cashew paste, cream, and garam masala.
- 🥘 Gently place the cauliflower in the gravy and cook until tender. Garnish and serve hot.
