Ingredients

  • 🌾 Kulcha bread – 2 pieces
  • 🐐 Goat cheese – 4 oz
  • 🌿 Fresh dill – 2 tbsp chopped
  • 🧀 Cheddar cheese – 2 oz shredded
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1 finely chopped (optional)
  • 🧈 Butter – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🧀 Combine goat cheese, cheddar, dill, onion, and chilies in a bowl.
  • 🍞 Spread the cheese mixture evenly on one side of each kulcha bread.
  • 🔥 Heat butter on a skillet over medium heat.
  • 🥪 Place the kulchas cheese-side down and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted.
