Ingredients
- 🌾 Kulcha bread – 2 pieces
- 🐐 Goat cheese – 4 oz
- 🌿 Fresh dill – 2 tbsp chopped
- 🧀 Cheddar cheese – 2 oz shredded
- 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1 finely chopped (optional)
- 🧈 Butter – for cooking
Instructions
- 🧀 Combine goat cheese, cheddar, dill, onion, and chilies in a bowl.
- 🍞 Spread the cheese mixture evenly on one side of each kulcha bread.
- 🔥 Heat butter on a skillet over medium heat.
- 🥪 Place the kulchas cheese-side down and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted.
