Ingredients
- 🎃 Pumpkin puree – 1 cup
- 🧀 Ricotta cheese – 1 cup
- 🌾 All-purpose flour – ½ cup
- 🌿 Fresh sage – chopped
- 🥚 Egg – 1 large
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine pumpkin, ricotta, flour, sage, and egg in a bowl.
- 🔥 Bring a pot of salted water to a simmer.
- 🥄 Gently drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the simmering water.
- ⏳ Cook until the gnudi float to the surface.
- 🧈 Brown butter in a pan with sage. Toss with gnudi and Parmesan. Serve warm. ✨
