Ingredients

  • 🎃 Pumpkin puree – 1 cup
  • 🧀 Ricotta cheese – 1 cup
  • 🌾 All-purpose flour – ½ cup
  • 🌿 Fresh sage – chopped
  • 🥚 Egg – 1 large
  • 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine pumpkin, ricotta, flour, sage, and egg in a bowl.
  • 🔥 Bring a pot of salted water to a simmer.
  • 🥄 Gently drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the simmering water.
  • ⏳ Cook until the gnudi float to the surface.
  • 🧈 Brown butter in a pan with sage. Toss with gnudi and Parmesan. Serve warm. ✨
