Ingredients
- 🌾 Gluten-free flour – 2 cups
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 🧈 Butter – 1/2 cup, melted
- 🍬 Sugar – 3/4 cup
- 🍫 Chocolate chips – 1/2 cup (optional)
Instructions
- 🥣 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
- 🥚 In a bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- 🥛 Add eggs, melted butter, and milk. Mix until just combined.
- 🍫 Stir in chocolate chips, if using.
- 🔥 Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
