Ingredients
- 🍤 Shrimp – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tbsp, grated
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté ginger and garlic in a pan until fragrant.
- 🍤 Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and simmer.
- 🌶️ Add chili flakes and salt to taste.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice.
