Ingredients
- 💧 Filtered Water – 4 cups
- 🫙 Glass Jar – ½ gallon
- 🥄 Sugar – 2 tablespoons (organic)
- 🫚 Ginger – 2 tablespoons, grated (organic)
Instructions
- 🫚 Combine water, sugar, and grated ginger in the jar.
- 🥄 Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
- ⏳ Cover loosely and leave at room temperature.
- 🫚 Add 1 tablespoon of grated ginger and 1 tablespoon of sugar daily.
- 🥤 After 5-7 days, it will become bubbly and ready to use as a starter.
