Ingredients

  • 🌱 Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Nori seaweed – optional, for flavor
  • 🧂 Soy sauce – for serving

Instructions

  • 🍚 Mix cooked rice with water and sesame seeds.
  • 🖐️ Shape into large, flat cracker(s).
  • ☀️ Let dry for a few hours or overnight.
  • 🔥 Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden and crisp.
  • 🥢 Serve with soy sauce and optional nori.
