Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 4 cups (slightly sticky)
- 💧 Water – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Nori seaweed – optional, for flavor
- 🧂 Soy sauce – for serving
Instructions
- 🍚 Mix cooked rice with water and sesame seeds.
- 🖐️ Shape into large, flat cracker(s).
- ☀️ Let dry for a few hours or overnight.
- 🔥 Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden and crisp.
- 🥢 Serve with soy sauce and optional nori.
