- 🍚 Idly – 4 pieces
- 🥄 Ghee – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Podi (Spice Mix) – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔪 Cut idlies into bite-sized pieces.
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan.
- 🌶️ Add podi to the ghee and sauté for a few seconds.
- 🍚 Add the idly pieces and toss well to coat with the ghee-podi mixture.
