Ingredients

  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Knead dough with flour, salt, and water; rest for 15 mins.
  • ⚪ Roll out dough into a circle and spread ghee.
  • 🔪 Make slits and form a swirl.
  • 🫓 Roll out again into a parotta.
  • 🔥 Cook on a hot pan with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
