Ingredients
- 🌾 Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
- 🥄 Ghee – for cooking
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Knead dough with flour, salt, and water; rest for 15 mins.
- ⚪ Roll out dough into a circle and spread ghee.
- 🔪 Make slits and form a swirl.
- 🫓 Roll out again into a parotta.
- 🔥 Cook on a hot pan with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
