Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat a flat griddle or pan.
  • 🥄 Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread it evenly.
  • 🥄 Sprinkle chopped onions and red chili powder (Kaaram) over the dosa.
  • 🧈 Drizzle ghee around the edges and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🌿 Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
