Ingredients
- 🍚 Dosa Batter – 2 cups
- 🧈 Ghee – for cooking
- 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp (Kaaram)
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🌿 Curry Leaves – a few
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat a flat griddle or pan.
- 🥄 Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread it evenly.
- 🥄 Sprinkle chopped onions and red chili powder (Kaaram) over the dosa.
- 🧈 Drizzle ghee around the edges and cook until golden brown and crispy.
- 🌿 Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
