Ingredients
- 🍤 Shrimp – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/4 tsp (optional)
- 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🍋 Lemon – 1/2, juiced
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 🧄 Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using); cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- 🍤 Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- 🍋 Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
