Ingredients

  • 🍤 Shrimp – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/4 tsp (optional)
  • 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1/2, juiced
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using); cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  • 🍤 Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes per side).
  • 🍋 Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
