Ingredients
- 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red Pepper Flakes – 1/2 tsp (optional)
- 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt and Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 🧄 Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 🍤 Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the prawns and stir in parsley.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
