Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🍤 Prawns – 1 cup, peeled and deveined
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2, chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup, diced
- 🟢 Green Peas – 1/4 cup
- 🥚 Egg – 1, lightly beaten
- 🌿 Spring Onions – for garnish
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame Oil - 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 🍤 Add prawns and cook until pink and cooked through.
- 🧅 Add onion, carrots, and peas and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- 🥚 Push ingredients to one side, pour in beaten egg, and scramble.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry until heated through and well combined. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot. ✨
