Ingredients

  • 🍤 Shrimp – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup, grated
  • 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • 🍤 Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • 🍋 Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • 🧀 Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  • 🍽️ Serve immediately.
