Ingredients
- 🍤 Shrimp – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup, grated
- 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 🍤 Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- 🍋 Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 🧀 Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- 🍽️ Serve immediately.
