Ingredients

  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – roughly chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato – roughly chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – to taste
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🥄 Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and green chilies.
  • 🧅 Add onions and tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • 🧊 Let the mixture cool slightly.
  • 🥣 Grind into a coarse paste.
  • 🍋 Add lemon juice, salt and coriander leaves. Serve fresh. Enjoy! ✨
