Ingredients
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🧅 Onion – roughly chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – roughly chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – to taste
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥄 Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and green chilies.
- 🧅 Add onions and tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 🧊 Let the mixture cool slightly.
- 🥣 Grind into a coarse paste.
- 🍋 Add lemon juice, salt and coriander leaves. Serve fresh. Enjoy! ✨
