Ingredients

  • 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 portions
  • 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1-2 tsp (or to taste)
  • 🧅 Green onions – sliced for garnish
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
  • 🧄 Sauté minced garlic and chili flakes in sesame oil until fragrant.
  • 🍤 Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  • 🍶 Stir in soy sauce and toss with cooked noodles.
  • 🧅 Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
