Garlic Chili Oil Ramen with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 portions
- 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1-2 tsp (or to taste)
- 🧅 Green onions – sliced for garnish
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
- 🧄 Sauté minced garlic and chili flakes in sesame oil until fragrant.
- 🍤 Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- 🍶 Stir in soy sauce and toss with cooked noodles.
- 🧅 Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
